This directory contains geneid (http://genome.crg.es/software/geneid/) ab initio gene predictions obtained on the Human goldenPath genome assembly from December, 2013 (ncbi human genome assembly hg38).

The geneid predictions have been output in five formats for each one of the 24 chromosomes and other sub-chromosomal sequences:

-geneid

-gff3

-gff (gff2)

-gtf

-prot (amino acid sequences of the predicted proteins)

-cds  (CDSs of all predicted sequences)
