This directory contains geneid predictions on the March 2005 assembly of the cat genome (felCat3) obtained from the Broad Institute. More information may be found http://www.broad.mit.edu/mammals/.  

Predictions were obtained on the 217,790 (masked) scaffolds that constitute this assembly of the cat genome.  188,121 of these scaffolds produced geneid predictions.
