This directory contains geneid predictions on the July 2005 assembly of the tenrec genome (echTel1) obtained from the Broad Institute. More information may be found http://www.broad.mit.edu/mammals/.  

Predictions were obtained on the 325,491 (masked) scaffolds that constitute this assembly of the tenrec genome.  324,455 of these scaffolds produced geneid predictions.
