This directory contains geneid predictions on the February 2008 assembly of the guinea pig genome (cavPor3) obtained from the Broad Institute. More information may be found http://www.broad.mit.edu/mammals/.  

Predictions were obtained on the 3,143 (masked) scaffolds that constitute this assembly of the guinea pig genome. Geneid produced 53,909 predictions on this genome.
